Agents List

This table shows the status of activated agents

Active Agents

  1. Page sections - Navigate to view pending agents and agent groups.
  2. Info panels - Summary information showing the count of activated agents, online agents, offline agents, and agent types.
  3. Date Range - The date range sets the time period for the connectivity status in each agent row. Change to date range to view agent connectivity status for longer or shorter periods of time.
  4. Search and filters - Filter visible agents by text search or by context filters like Group, Tag, OS, Online/Offline, etc.
  5. Agent status - Green indicates the agent is online. The icon becomes gray when the agent is offline.
  6. Agent page links - Click to open a summary page for each agent.
  7. Agent connectivity - Connectivity status shows green for time periods when the agent is connected to the service controller. Red appears when the agent is not connected.
  8. Agent enabled/disabled - Toggle agents from enabled to disabled.
  9. Actions - Edit or delete agent record.
  10. Agent selector and bulk editing - Check an agent to open the bulk edit. Edit the status and properties of one or more agents.
  11. Table export and customization - Export agent records in .CSV or .JSON format. Each export outputs the agents visible in agent table page (100 maximum). Use pagination to export additional agent records. to Add or remove table columns to show the information most relevant to your workflow.
  12. Add agents - Click the button to open the add agent modal.

Pending Agents

  1. Page sections - Navigate to view pending agents and agent groups.
  2. Info panels - Summary information showing the count of activated agents, online agents, offline agents, and agent types.

Agent Groups

  1. Agent Group links - Navigate to active agents tab filtered by the agents assigned to the group. Add or remove agent form the group
  2. Create Agent Group - Summary information showing the count of activated agents, online agents, offline agents, and agent types.
